A tasty mix of strong coffee, smooth Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and chocolate chips and whipped cream on top. This Frosted Coffee Parfait is a great treat for the summer.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream for topping
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey until well combined
In serving glasses, layer the bottom with granola
Add a layer of the Greek yogurt mixture on top of the granola
Pour a layer of cooled coffee over the yogurt mixture
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the coffee layer
Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, ending with a dollop of whipped cream on top
Insert a few ice cubes for a refreshing touch
