You can make these Cheesy Keto Crab Rangoons without using a lot of carbs. They are baked until they are perfectly crispy and are made with lump crabmeat, cream cheese, and a mix of cheeses. They are great for a keto-friendly snack or party dish.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz lump crabmeat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 wonton wrappers for low carb, use almond flour or coconut flour wrappers
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Put crabmeat, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Mix everything together well
In the middle of each wonton wrapper, put a spoonful of the crab mixture
Wet the edges of the wrapper, then fold it in half to make a triangle and press the edges together to seal
Fill the wontons and put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
After the oven is hot, bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy
Serve hot with the sauce of your choice
