Condiment Cup Mini Cupcake Pops



These miniature cupcakes on sticks are a creative take on classic cake pops and are ideal for events and get-togethers. The condiment cups give the presentation a distinctive touch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Condiment cups

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a mini cupcake tin with condiment cups

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

Add melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients

Mix until just combined

Fold in mini chocolate chips into the batter

Fill each condiment cup in the mini cupcake tin with a tablespoon of batter

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

Allow mini cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack

Once cooled, insert lollipop sticks into the base of each mini cupcake

Optional: Melt candy coating in different colors and dip each mini cupcake to create a smooth candy shell

Let the candy coating set before serving
